Why do I have to include a phone number with my shipping information?

The State Library uses Fed Ex to ship packages for the Community Book Project. Fed Ex requires phone numbers for their shipping labels.
Why can only Washington libraries request books from the Community Book Project?

The Community Book Project is run by the Library Development Department at the State Library. Library Development's funding is meant to be used to support Washington libraries.
Can a teacher request books from the Community Book Project?

No, however a teacher librarian can.
Where does the Community Book Project ship to?

We only ship to business addresses, i.e. a school or a library.
